I worked with Betina to close on a house in the main Seattle area around February 2022. For context, I was looking to work with a real estate agent since September 2021 and I looked hard but was not satisfied with anyone I found thus far. I was contacted by several agents and the common theme I found in everyone I had encountered was the lack of follow ups and the lack of personalization, which is understandable given that everyone's calendar was full in a hot real estate market. Due to her work, both agreed that the home was properly valued, and they allowed the mortgage to be approved. Despite how insufferably long this review is, it is only a snapshot in a month's long journey where Betina spent every weekend driving incredible distances to help us find a home.
